Four smoked andouille – a spicy pork Cajun style sausage seasoned with paprika and cayenne pepper. Popular ingredient in gumbo but also great served grilled in a bun with ketchup. Contains nitrate. Does not contain MSG.

Four Cooked bratwurst – a traditional mild German pork sausage seasoned with nutmeg and white pepper. Fully cooked sausage best served grilled, in a bun with sauerkraut and spicy Dusseldorfer mustard. Does not contain nitrate or MSG. A Midwestern favorite!

Four Polish Kielbasa Sausage – the shorter version of our famous recipe a pork and beef sausage seasoned with garlic, black pepper then smoked in a real hickory wood smoker. Best served grilled in a bun with sauerkraut, horseradish and crème style Polish mustard. Contains nitrate. Does not contain MSG.

Four Chicken Apple Sausage – a sweeter sausage containing real chunks of apple mixed with chicken paprika and parsley. A fully cooked sausage this lean and delicious sausage is best served grilled in a bun and topped with onions, ketchup and mustard. Does not contain nitrate or MSG.
