Ham - Westphalian Schinken- Stiglmeier
Westphalian is a rounder, softer piece of ham, and the least dry of our three varieties. We cure it for several months and smoke it slowly over natural maple hardwood. All our varieties of hams keep well and shouldn’t be cooked, making them excellent options to take along on trips.
