Apple Strudel (frozen, unbaked)
Our take on a classic European dessert that you can bake at home!
Flaky puff pastry wrapped around a filling of fresh apples, raisins, cinnamon and coconut.
One order includes one, frozen, un-baked strudel (about two servings)
1. Thaw apple strudel uncovered on counter
2. Preheat oven to 350 (325 convection)
3. Add 1 tbsp to one egg yolk and beat
4. Brush egg yolk on spinach roll dust with sugar and bake until puffed and golden (about 45 minutes)
Serve hot with ice cream!
