Sauerkraut is a particularly mild fermented cabbage. This German cabbage is winning over more and more connoisseurs throughout the world.We use only cabbage from sustainable cultivation and prepare it according to decades old traditional family recipes.
Our farmers know what it takes: selected seeds, traditional cultivation and careful harvesting.The cabbages are brought from the field to our factory the same day they are harvested. Whether white or red, our cabbage only thrives thanks to our farmers’ careful care.
