Nordeast Kielbasa

Pork seasoned with garlic, black pepper, marjoram and mustard seed then smoked in a real hickory smoker. Serve grilled in a bun or slice into chunks and stew with sauerkraut. Based on our original Polish sausage recipe.

 

INGREDIENTS: Pork, Water and less than 2% of: Salt, Garlic, Whole Mustard Seed, Sugar, Spices and Sodium Nitrite.

 Pork in a natural hog casing.

  • Contains nitrate. Does not contain MSG.
  • Fully cooked (smoked), ready to eat cold or hot.
  • One order includes two 10-inch-long links (about 1 pounds total).
  • Keep refrigerated. Best when consumed within 14 days. 
  • May be frozen.
